Change in the supervisory board of SimPlan AG

Robert Maas becomes successor of August Schäfer

As confirmed by the shareholders at the annual general meeting of SimPlan AG on December 19, 2003, there is a change in the supervisory board of the Maintal-based company. August Schäfer has resigned from his position with effect from December 31, 2003. His position will be taken over by Robert Maas as a new member of the Supervisory Board. Robert Maas is Head of the Process Consulting Business Center at T-Systems International GmbH in Stuttgart.

In his function as a member of the Supervisory Board, Robert Maas will support SimPlan AG in the strategic orientation of its consulting business. To this end, he brings expertise and experience from his more than 30 years in the automotive and consulting industries to his new role.
