The LEAN theme is on the rise
The central conference around the topic of Lean has started a world record attempt: The target is 1111 participants. SimPlan is again part of the conferecne as exhibitor at the LATC 2024. Our focus topic is the digitalisation of value stream mapping using our innovative app SimVSM.
The KompAKI project the Competence Centre for Work and Artificial Intelligence in the Rhine-Main region, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, is also expected to be a central aspect of the talks. As part of the project, SimPlan plans to link artificial intelligence, value stream analysis and simulation methods so that manually created value streams can be digitalised and made further processable.
The target group of the LATC is diverse. We are again looking forward to welcoming company representatives from a wide range of industries. From independent lean consultants to representatives of the transport sector and companies from the automotive supply industry.
