Our series “SimPlan turns 30” / Part 14 – Moving from Maintal to Hanau
After the initial years in Mühlheim, the SimPlan headquarters were located in Maintal until 2016. Due to the growing number of employees, a larger office became necessary.
In Hanau Lamboy, together with the lawyer’s office Nickel, we renovated an old, listed warehouse of a former barracks complex, which was last used by the Americans.
Our new location was created on two floors with plenty of space for large meeting rooms, modern offices and socialising areas for up to 50 employees including trainees, working students and interns. The move took place in November 2016, which we celebrated in spring 2017 with a big family party for all SimPlaners.
In addition to the simulation consultants, our board of directors, sales, marketing, human resources, IT, accounting and controlling are located in Hanau.
