SimPlan at LogiMAT 2025: From simulation to virtual commissioning to digital twins
At LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart (Hall 4 Stand 4B02), the SimPlan Group is presenting software and solutions for simulation, virtual commissioning and the creation of digital twins of production and logistics processes.
- The latest versions of the AnyLogic, Emulate3D and Plant Simulation simulation systems are being presented with a wide range of new functions.
- The Emulate3D version 2025 offers impressive new features: with the Test Runner, model scenarios can be executed and optimised directly via the command line. The Fault Framework enables structured regression tests. The GIT version control ensures easy model and catalogue versioning. Unreal Rendering provides huge performance improvements and better rendering quality during both modelling and runs. FMI cosimulation enables the use of multiple physics FMUs. Thanks to the AMR updates, fully customisable AMRs are now possible for simulation and fleet emulation.
- In addition to the already established tool for supply chain simulations, anyLogistix, SimPlan is expanding its software portfolio by selling the Siemens Supply Chain Suite (SCS) throughout Germany. Siemens SCS is a powerful software with hundreds of available technical components, nodes, functions and other tools that enable users to perform complex
- use cases in supply chain and logistics planning, design, simulation, optimisation and more. SCS helps with issues such as cost savings, shorter delivery times, increased network transparency and service quality. It helps to improve the sustainability of the supply chain through a scalable and flexible network structure. Siemens SCS provides data-driven decision support using a digital twin of your supply chain network.
- With the SimPlan product family SimVSM, SimPacSi and SimQueue, users can capture value streams and packaging lines on mobile devices and simulate them in the cloud.
A wide range of application examples from various sectors and industries also gives visitors to the SimPlan stand an overview of the benefits and diverse application possibilities of simulation, virtual commissioning and digital twins.
