User Day KI.produktiv 2022 on September 19, 2022
What role can artificial intelligence play for your company and what success stories of AI use already exist?
On September 19, we will be part of the KI.produktiv 2022 event in Darmstadt.
AI – artificial intelligence – is on everyone’s lips. Many companies are asking themselves which AI applications are realistic and feasible with little initial AI knowledge.
With various presentations from applied AI research as well as workshops and deep dives, attendees will gain a fundamental understanding of AI technology as well as operational application forms. Different perspectives from science, business and politics will be highlighted, as well as opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in operational implementation. Of couse, there will be an opportunity for networking and exchange with stakeholders from research, practice and politics.
The focus of the event is on manufacturing companies. The goal is to turn the abstract topic of AI into a tangible opportunity for companies.
The session AI and work (from 10.15 a.m., room Radon 3.05) focuses on humans and AI in the work context – from the potential analysis of AI systems for one’s own company, to the acceptance of this technology, to application examples of AI-supported value stream models from industrial practice.
Prof. Dr. Sven Spieckermann, CEO of SimPlan AG, presents our intelligent app SimVSM for mobile value stream mapping.
The joint project KompAKI – Competence Center for Work and Artificial Intelligence – is organizing this event together with the Mittelstand-Digital Center Darmstadt. The KompAKI project, which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, involves 11 research partners from Darmstadt University of Technology and Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, as well as eight companies (including SimPlan), the Chamber of Industriy and Commerce, and other associated partners.
