C-P-S and SimPlan combine their activities in China

The C-P-S Group and SimPlan AG further deepen their cooperation in China and, following the takeover of the capital shares by C-P-S Holding, will trade under the new name C-P-S / SimPlan China Co. Ltd. Matthäus von Esterházy will be the new CEO, while the new General Manager Tao Liu will assume operational responsibility on site. Both companies have been working together in China for more than four years. The new constellation enables the C-P-S Group to increasingly support German and Chinese customers from the automotive industry with local consultants. SimPlan will continue to offer simulation services in the Chinese market as part of the cooperation.
